Stars appear to go behind the moon and come out after several minutes from another edge of the moon depending on their entry point from our view of reference. It’s quite a common phenomenon. There are times when satellites or International Space Station pass over the moon but it is very fast just zips in seconds in real time so many not even be seen in this long exposure time-lapse sequence.
