He's certainly not the most beloved Official Stepbrothers Muppets shirt, hoodie, sweater and v-neck t-shirt. A lot of people actually hate him. I can see why, too. He's a bit of an ass, in an Eric Cartman or Bender sort of way.And yet, that's why I love him. He's a contrast to the other muppets that is so striking its hillarious. He's michievious, cunning, and a bit of a pervert. And Bill Barretta is able to improvise with him so well; he's almost like a living creature. He's actually based on his wife's late aunt, who always ended her sentences with "okay" like Pepe does. And gosh darn it if he isn't cute despite his nature, with the abformentioned okays, his big eyes, and his tiny size.
