Maybe hanging with Miley too much. I wouldn’t say they articulated it. Those lyrics were wonderfully nonsensical. Did they leave Garth in their wake? They left themselves in their wake. That whole set of songs was garbage. For the life of me, I cannot understand why they picked the artists that they did. I think about what happened when this song was first given to the world, back in what they call the grunge era.
