Thankful pumpkin shirt

Interesting but why not just add pureed pumpkin and Thankful pumpkin shirt to make a pumpkin pie cheesecake rather than upending a pie into the middle of a cheesecake. I would have just put in pumpkin pie filling, not the whole pie. You could sprinkle some crushed graham crackers between the layers. The added crust in the middle looks awful and would be too much crust and that electric mixer would not be going anywhere near my iron skillet. Was she too cool or too stupid to use an appropriate bowl? I found a recipe that’s a pumpkin swirl cheesecake with a gingersnap cookie crust. Delicious. I love pumpkin but idk about all this one lol. I have made that pumpkin swirl cheesecake with the gingersnap crust for years. It is a family favorite!
