I used to get made fun of when I was little so I know what it is like to have a weird name. It should not be that way but it is. If you have a foreign name be proud of it as you should be. But, if you are trying to make life easier for your child, give them an easy name to live with. People judge you by your name. It isn’t fair but it is true. She just refuses to learn how to say my name so I won’t answer her. I was told that I was wrong. I went into class the next day and told her off. I’ve always respected teachers. Still, do. But learning someone’s name isn’t difficult. This is a big world we live in. And there are beautiful names out there.
