Most in the Damn I make 51 look good shirt were killed too. Just horrible. The article does not indicate that they sped up. I was under the impression that the road was extremely slanted and they may have been unable to slow down with the full weight of so many people in the limo plus the deep rubber tracks from the tires trying to break. It was also noted that the intersection is dangerous and the site of many accidents. My understanding now is that the intersection involved has been dangerous for many years. Did not mean to make it sound as though the limo purposely sped up. It was going downhill and apparently lost control.
